MeowMC Launcher

The MeowMC Launcher is the program between the download and the running server: it installs and updates MeowMC, and manages the servers you run with it. Modules — the pieces that extend a server — are the launcher's feature.

The jar stays a plain runnable jar. java -jar meowmc.jar on a fresh directory boots the server with no launcher required, so nothing here depends on it.
