Permissions
Every subcommand is gated by its own permission, all of them default to operator, and a single root permission grants the whole suite.
The names
| Permission | Grants | Default |

| bukkit.command.meowmc | Every subcommand in the suite. | OP |
| bukkit.command.meowmc.health | /meow health | OP |
| bukkit.command.meowmc.tps | /meow tps | OP |
| bukkit.command.meowmc.profiler | /meow profiler … | OP |
| bukkit.command.meowmc.activity | /meow activity | OP |
| bukkit.command.meowmc.report | /meow report | OP |
| bukkit.command.meowmc.config | /meow config view \| list \| get \| set \| diff | OP |
| bukkit.command.meowmc.setup | /meow setup | OP |

| bukkit.command.meowmc.threads | /meow threads | OP |

The naming mirrors Bukkit's own house style (bukkit.command.mspt and
siblings).
Notes for granting access
- You probably want the root permission. Granting
bukkit.command.meowmcto a staff role gives the whole suite; per-subcommand permissions are for the one-member-of-staff-gets-the-reads-only case. - Console always passes, with two deliberate exceptions:
perfhud(a HUD is a per-player screen) and the setup wizard's chat surface. - The setup wizard checks operator status, not just permission.
/setupand/setup doneverifyisOp()at open and at done, so a player holding only the permission cannot end setup mode.
The setup command
| Command | Permission | Default |
| --- | --- | --- |
| /setup (/setup, /setup done, /setup cancel) | bukkit.command.setup | OP |
/setup is the first-run wizard from first run,
not part of the /meow suite, but it follows the same registration convention
and OP default.
/meow setup — the suite's re-entry into the wizard
When the server is in setup mode, /meow setup delegates to the registered
/setup command (and its bukkit.command.setup permission). After setup is
complete, it re-opens the preset choice in memory
only: the new preset applies for this boot, the file is untouched, and the
answer says so (see in-game settings). Switching the
execution mode itself is a restart-time web-panel action, not a chat command.
