MeowMC

In-game analytics

The extensions below are shipped: per-world /meow health, the profiler session ring, the report's last-artifact path, and the --share flag with its honest refusal — web upload is off, because the endpoint key (metrics.reports.endpoint) behind it is not shipped.

They extend the /meow suite's one shared 1 Hz sampler, one report schema and one sampler demand model — no second sampler, no second timing mechanism, no new config key.

Per-world health

/meow health <world> answers one world: that level's loaded chunks, entity count and player count, with tab completion on world names. The server-wide MSPT and TPS lines stay on the answer, with the honest annotation: per-world tick timing has no source in this build (worlds[].mspt is null for exactly this reason). /meow tps and /meow activity stay server-wide on the same principle — there is no per-world CPU accounting to render.

Session history

The profiler holds the current session plus a bounded in-memory ring of the last eight closed sessions:

  • /meow profiler status lists the current session plus the ring's contents.
  • /meow report embeds the last closed session, and answers the most recent artifact's path on a plain re-run — the artifact is what automation reads.

No session is ever written to disk by the history itself; the artifact path (reports/meowmc-report-<stamp>.json) remains the pipeline answer.

Share-to-web

/meow report --share names the most recent artifact of this boot — writing a fresh report first only when none exists yet — then answers the refusal: web upload is off. When the endpoint key lands, the command path, the artifact schema and the user-facing string stay as they are.

The same numbers, everywhere

One rule governs every surface that renders a statistic: it reads a number that already exists, or causes it to be computed once, in one place, when a human asks. A read holds the sampler for its window; a per-world view runs the per-level pass only when asked; the session ring is a fixed 8-slot structure with no tick work. A hologram stat line and /meow health read the same numbers by construction.

What this page does not claim

  • No measured costs — every statement above is structural; numbers come from your own server's /meow output.
  • No new metric pipeline.
